Net Portfolio, Inc. was founded in September 1996, to provide innovative and comprehensive programming services to businesses and organizations. Net Portfolio has successfully completed projects with Intel Corporation, Kraft Foods, Ameritech, GTE, Michigan Economic Development Organization, University of Chicago, University of Michigan, U.S. Army, Visteon Corporation, as well as numerous small businesses and organizations.

| Net Portfolio was founded by Tom Shaheen in September, 1996. Mr. Shaheen had previously served roles in key information technology positions at the University of Michigan Business School (6 years) and Unisys Corporation (5 years). |
